The HOA meets annually in the spring (Generally April) to review the previous year, propose a budget for the coming year, and elect officers. Items of business such as changes to annual dues are voted on by the residents present at the meeting. Each household has one vote for issues, and issues pass or are rejected based on a simple majority of households present.
