We held our annual HOA meeting on April 21, 2025 at the Westerville Library. The primary agenda items were reviewing our budget and financials, election of board members, and voting to raise annual dues from $165 to $175 a year. Full meeting minutes are available from the links list on this page.
Invoice for annual dues will be mailed out shortly, and are due upon receipt. A late fee will be accessed for payments received after May 31st.
