The board met on Dec 11 to discuss front entrance maintenance and decorations.  All board members were present. 

We evaluated 3 proposal for 2026 weed and feed (Tru Green, Weedman, Cardinal Lawns).  The consensus was to go with Tru Green, a primary advantage was price and a better match in application for HOA property and Mark DelCo’s adjoining property (Current Tru Green customer)  The border between Richard Smith and HOA property is more well defined so matching is not as big of an issue, the board will notify Richard Smith in case he is interested in switching his own weed and feed over to Tru Green, but that is his call. 

We will be pre-paying the 2026 Tru Green bill in December to get a discount.  2026 annual meeting budget numbers will reflect pulling those expenses into 2025.  The plan will be for 5 applications at $78 per application. (Additional services billed separately if needed)

We will ask Tru Green to give us 48 hours advanced notice of service to better mesh with mowing schedules. 

Kari Stanley Lively will be purchasing new Christmas lights for the front entrance. 

We will be requesting a final season bill from Tiberio landscaping to close out the 2025 expenses.
